Schroeder brings nearly two decades of experience in K–12 education and EdTech, along with a deep commitment to building solutions that meaningfully support students and teachers. Beginning his career as a classroom educator, he developed an early understanding of what high-quality instruction looks like and what educators truly need to help students succeed. His path later expanded into educational publishing, product development, and technology-driven solution design—giving him a comprehensive, end-to-end view of the learning ecosystem.
Throughout his career, Schroeder has partnered with leading educational publishers and EdTech organizations to align on practical, impactful solutions that address real instructional challenges and strengthen learning outcomes. Known for his collaborative leadership style, he excels at bringing diverse teams and partners together around clear, achievable strategies that deliver meaningful outcomes. His work is grounded in curiosity, problem-solving, and a genuine commitment to understanding what matters most to clients. He thrives on untangling complexity, clarifying needs, and uniting stakeholders around shared goals.

His experience equips him to help partners navigate the evolving landscape of content development and digital delivery while supporting their goals to meaningfully impact teachers and students.
