Bill Faber, Contentra Inc. CEO, retires as Dave Bailis takes the lead

Cincinnati, Ohio. On June 19, 2026, Contentra Inc.’s current CEO, Bill Faber, began a well-earned retirement.
Bill’s tenure began with Contentra Technologies in 2014 as the company’s Chief Operating Officer, and in 2022, he was promoted to Chief Executive Officer.
During his time with the company, Bill deftly guided Contentra to a stable financial footing, while navigating challenging bumps in the road such as the COVID pandemic. He built a knowledgeable, experienced team of editors, project managers, operations specialists, and artists, expanding departments to cover all the content areas our educational publishing clients demand. He also rebranded the company’s U.S. operation from Contentra Technologies to Contentra Inc. Bill’s strategic vision and keen decision-making have been major influences in making the company more dynamic and versatile. He leaves Contentra in a much stronger position than where it was when he arrived.
Contentra loves working with Bill and will miss him dearly. We wish him the very best in his retirement as we look to Contentra’s future.
